What you’ll do

  • Reporting: Generate reports related to the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) program, based on priorities and requests from the Manager and/or WOTC Success/Dataload teams.

  • Work Assignment: Distribute tasks to the dataload team, considering both priority and team availability.

  • Activation Monitoring: Monitor and audit the implementation of new activations within the WOTC program.

  • Manager Communication: Keep the Manager informed of all ongoing work, any issues encountered, and the team's overall needs.

  • Data Management: Review, evaluate, and update internal data within the relevant EWS systems and databases, utilizing reports provided by the Manager.

  • State System Review: Review and evaluate EWS accounts on assigned states' online WOTC systems.

  • Data Entry & Verification: Perform data entry and verification tasks, following standard verification processes.

  • Task Management: Handle a diverse range of tasks, smoothly transitioning between processes with guidance from management. Validate, complete, and document requested data through phone, fax, or email contact.

  • Data Analysis: Research and analyze data and metrics for special projects assigned by management, including performing root cause analysis.

  • Escalated Task Handling: Effectively process escalated or urgent tasks, providing timely and professional communication to supervisors and management.

  • Additional Assignments: Accept stretch assignments provided by management, which may include report generation, training, and the development of documentation for training, education, and best practices.

What experience you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or you have an equivalent combination of education and related professional experience

  • Minimum of 1 - 2 years of office experience

  • Proficient in data entry and have relatable software experience
