How you make a difference

Electronic Health Records (EHR) Administrator – Innovate Health Data Management

 

Are you passionate about improving healthcare through technology? As the EHR Administrator, you’ll be the go-to expert in managing and optimizing our EHR system, ensuring the secure, efficient use of critical health data.

 

In this role, you’ll oversee daily operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth system integration and regulatory compliance. You’ll also lead training efforts and manage system updates, ensuring that the EHR system enhances clinical workflows and drives better patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor system performance, perform ongoing analysis, and ensure efficient operation of the EHR system.
• Implement and update EHR modules, improve internal processes, and meet regulatory requirements.
• Provide troubleshooting and solutions for staff issues within the EHR system.
• Work with leadership to align EHR capabilities with business processes and participate in routine meetings to establish effective solutions.
• Perform regular system updates, backups, and maintenance, ensuring the integrity and availability of electronic health records.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

• Required: High school diploma.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree.

Experience:

• Required: Five years of experience supporting a certified EHR in a behavioral health environment.
