The Production Assistant will support the production team in ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating daily operations. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our production supervisors and other team members to guarantee that all products meet Bela Brand Bat’s standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling, organizing, and monitoring production activities.

• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics teams, and internal departments to maintain smooth operations.

• Ensure production timelines and quality standards are consistently met.

• Prepare production reports and documentation for management review.

• Support inventory control and material management.

• Assist in troubleshooting production issues and implementing process improvements.

• Maintain compliance with safety and company policies.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Production Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 1–3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and efficiency.
