Compensation range:

$31.72 - $40.60

Your rate of pay will be based on applicable experience

Shift: Days Shift length: 8 Hours

POSITION SUMMARY:

     The LVN-Perinatal Health is responsible for the daily operations of the Partnership HealthPlan Perinatal Services Program, (PHPS).  The LVN will provide care coordination such as education, resources, referrals and general assistance as needed for all referred pregnant individuals.  The LVN supports the needs of the referred individual to optimize their care and outcome for pregnancy.

One year experience in a perinatal care setting.

LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS:

Minimum:

Current licensure with the California Board of Vocational Nursing

Current CPR certification

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES      

      Ability to organize and complete work in an efficient and effective manner while focusing on detail and timeliness. Ability to be flexible in work assignments. Must have typing and computer skills to effectively utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook programs.  Must be able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally both one-on-one and in groups.  Must have the ability to lead, motivate, delegate, analyze information, and problem solve. Must demonstrate professional judgment. Must demonstrate technical competence, professional clinical judgment, communication skills and sensitivity for the patient and family in crisis.  Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality always.
