General Laborer

Job Summary Details:
We are hiring General Laborers to support the installation of electrical systems in a semiconductor facility. This role is ideal for individuals who are reliable, safety-conscious, and eager to work in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. General Laborers will assist skilled trades and technicians with material movement, equipment setup, safety spotting and site preparation.

Pay: 20.00 per hour plus fringe.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the transport and staging of components and materials
• Safety spotting and maintaining proper barricades 
• Perform basic mechanical tasks such as bolting, anchoring, and assembly support
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Support installation teams with equipment positioning and alignment
• Operate hand tools, lifts, and other equipment under supervision
• Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
• Report any hazards, incidents, or delays to supervisors promptly
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately

 

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction, warehouse, or industrial settings preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods
• Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
• Must pass background check and drug screening
