With a proven track record of successful partnerships with top companies, we have rapidly grown our presence in the USA, Europe, and Sweden as a dependable and trusted resource within the IT industry. <br><br>Assignment Description<br><br>We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer<br><br>What You Will Work On<br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Develop and maintain the company's Buildkite CI strategy and infrastructure<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Scale Buildkite agent environments supporting large engineering organizations<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Manage self-hosted CI agents across Linux, macOS, and Windows platforms<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Build and improve pipeline templates, plugins, and automation frameworks<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Develop infrastructure for provisioning, scaling, and lifecycle management of CI agents<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Optimize CI pipelines for large-scale monorepos and complex software environments<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Improve developer experience through automation and standardization<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Support migration to modern CI capabilities and workflows<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Collaborate with engineering teams to create a reliable and scalable CI platform<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Drive continuous improvements within development processes and tooling<br><br>What You Bring<br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;4+ years of experience building and implementing large-scale software systems<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong software engineering background<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD)<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong knowledge of Linux environments and scripting<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience working with Java and Python<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience with Docker and container-based environments<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience with Kubernetes<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience with CI/CD pipeline development and automation<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Knowledge of networking fundamentals, HTTP, and system integration<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience working with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple teams
