In a nutshell, MUFG Investor Services is part of the Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group family, and we partner with over 480 loyal global investment firms to provide them with administration, asset services, banking, and fund financing. </p><p>We’re in 14 global locations and provide an exceptional hub of Brilliantly<strong> Different</strong> talent to thrive.  </p><p>Still interested? </p><p>#Linkedin</p><h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li>Project manage the onboarding of new client/fund launches and conversions.</li><li>Coordinate hand off from Sales Team to Client Integration Team.</li><li>Act as the client’s main point of contact throughout the onboarding process, ensuring productive rapport is established.</li><li>Collate and review new client due diligence.</li><li>Prepare administration agreements (based on existing templates) and ensure same are presented, reviewed and signed off by appropriate parties.</li><li>Act as a subject matter expert on internal MUFG systems across traditional, hedge and private equity mandates.</li><li>In the case of conversions, load the latest fund NAV and TA information to the applicable systems.</li><li>Work as part of a team on large onboarding projects.</li><li>Liaising with banks, auditors, brokers, custodians and internal organizational groups such as compliance and MOV to ensure smooth set-up of communication channels, accounts, systems, due diligence.</li><li>Provide expertise, direction and leadership to members of the operations team.</li><li>Perform and review internal accounting and shareholder service system set-ups.</li><li>Respond to clients ensuring superior customer service is provided.</li><li>Work well with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth on-boarding of new funds.</li><li>Aid other organizational efforts / initiatives as required to support the roll out of new products and banking services.</li><li>Ensure full compliance with ISAE/SOC standards relating to the onboarding or conversion of new funds.</li><li>Ensure internal checklists are completed and signed off.</li><li>Ad hoc tasks, as required.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p> </p><ul><li><strong>A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the funds industry preferably in a fund accounting. </strong></li><li>Third Level qualification desirable</li><li> Client focused with proven ability to manage client relationships</li><li> Project experience - Previous experience either leading or having a senior role in projects (onboarding projects preferred)</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>What’s in it for you to join MUFG Investor Services?  </p><p>Take a look at our careers site and you’ll find everything you’d expect from a career with the fastest-growing business at one of the world’s largest financial groups.
