Job Description

As a Maintenance Coordinator, you'll be responsible for developing and executing effective maintenance coordination for plant equipment, manufacturing machinery, and building & grounds operations. This role also oversees the maintenance work order system and manages outside contractors to ensure reliability, safety, and efficiency across the facility.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Champion Safety

  • Promote and enforce safe work habits in alignment with company and departmental safety goals.

  • Identify opportunities to improve safety processes and ensure compliance across all maintenance activities.

Plan & Schedule Maintenance Work

  • Ensure equipment, parts, tools, and personnel are available to execute work orders with minimal downtime.

  • Create, prioritize, and communicate work orders based on maintenance requests, planned maintenance, and preventive maintenance schedules.

  • Review completed work orders for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to plan—including labor hours, materials used, and task documentation—then formally close them.<
