Job Description

• Communicate inventory issues/ discrepancies that may cause changes in the production schedule.  

• Review the intended components required for each job 

• Assemble and pack all components and labels as instructed 

• Ensure that all proper labels, screws, nuts, and hardware are packed as instructed  

• Confirm that all finished end cap kits are cleaned and wrapped correctly 

• Ensure that tools are kept in proper working condition 

• Requires little guidance from lead 

Qualifications

• Ability to read and decipher work orders 

• Knowledgeable on all small parts requirements including how to measure and cut plastic with saw 

• Ability to lift 30-40 lbs. and maneuver 50 lbs. 

• Ability to follow written and oral instructions 

• Ability to stand for more than two thirds of the workday 

• Ability to identify end cap kits 

• Must have the ability to fully understand directives/instruction and effectively communicate matters concerning safety, quality and productivity 

Compensation

The position has a compensation package inclusive of base, bonus (if eligible), benefits, 401k contribution, time off, recognition awards and more.  The salary is $43,784.
