Responsibilities

Provides leadership and supervision of field staff. Manages clinical operations to achieve optimal patient outcome. Participates in the development and implementation of the department's mission, objectives and standards of care. Complies with confidentiality/protected health information.

Qualifications

Education and Work Experience

Three (3) years recent home care experience. Previous management experience preferred.

Current RN licensure.

Current CPR certification.

BSN from an accredited school of nursing preferred.
