Enveda is looking for a Senior Research Associate to join our team in Boulder, CO.!
The contribution you will make:We are looking for a Senior Research Associate with a demonstrated track record of assay development and mechanism of action deconvolution. You will support cell-based and biochemical assay development across various disease areas to support projects in our Drug Discovery and Product Development efforts. In this role you will have an opportunity to work with interdisciplinary teams from across the company to develop and implement novel strategies for drug discovery.
As a member of the Biology group, you will report to the Senior Scientist leading cell biology and biochemistry-focused efforts in the laboratory.

The contribution you will make:We are looking for a Senior Research Associate with a demonstrated track record of assay development and mechanism of action deconvolution. You will support cell-based and biochemical assay development across various disease areas to support projects in our Drug Discovery and Product Development efforts. In this role you will have an opportunity to work with interdisciplinary teams from across the company to develop and implement novel strategies for drug discovery.
As a member of the Biology group, you will report to the Senior Scientist leading cell biology and biochemistry-focused efforts in the laboratory.
You get to collaborate on:
- Work with other scientists to support, develop, and implement cellular and biochemical assays ranging from commercial assay kits to complex, disease relevant assays.
- Value the importance of records of experimental protocols and results
- Interpret data and present scientific findings to key stakeholders.
- Contribute to multiple high-value projects and manage diverse team interactions
Who will thrive in this role?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably with 2+ years of industry experience in biotech, diagnostics, or other life sciences-related roles.
- Experience with mammalian cell culture, molecular biology techniques, and/or biochemical approaches, e.g., transfection, DNA and RNA extraction, PCR, qPCR, immunofluorescence imaging, Western blot, ELISA, TR-FRET.
- Experience with assay development and high-throughput compound/sample testing is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, proficiency in data analysis using Excel, Spotfire, and/or Prism, and experience with electronic laboratory notebook tracking of experiments and protocols.
