About the job:

Join us as an apprentice Manufacturing Transfer and Innovation Transformation Project Assistant within our Strategy and Project Teams of the Manufacturing & Supply organization. Your missions will support two separate programs: manufacturing transfers and innovation transformation.

You will interact with industrial sites from all over the world and with various transversal local and global functions such as project managers, quality, regulatory, supply chain, finance, etc.

Key responsibilities:

• Project Governance & Stakeholder Management: Prepare, organize, and facilitate meetings while engaging with key stakeholders to capture requirements, deliver progress updates, drive decision-making processes, and maintain alignment with project objectives and strategic goals.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication: Partner with diverse teams across the organization to drive project execution, foster seamless communication channels, and assist in developing detailed reports and executive presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.

• Data Management, Analysis & Documentation: Support the collection, organization, and analysis of project data while maintaining comprehensive transfer mapping databases to ensure accuracy, completeness, and informed decision-making for industrial transfer initiatives.

• Process Optimization & Digital Transformation: Identify opportunities for process enhancement within operations and implement digital solutions, automation, and AI integration to modernize workflows and optimize operational efficiency.

• Strategic Project Support: Participate in additional transversal projects and strategic initiatives as determined by organizational priorities and business strategies.

Required skills and qualifications:

Education: Degree in Pharmacy, Engineering or equivalent scientific field.
Language Skills : Strong written and oral proficiency in English (C1) and French is essential; proficiency in another foreign language is beneficial (e.g. German, Spanish).
Skills and Abilities :
                     • Strong organizational skills, autonomy and rigor.
                     • Excellent communication and leadership abilities; positive and proactive attitude.
                     • Ability to work effectively in a cross-funtional and multicultural environment.
                     • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
                     • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Strong aptitude for data analysis and data management.

• Enthusiasm for new generation tools, including AI and other simplification tools.
• Proficiency in Power BI is a must.
