The work:
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system administration, cloud operations, and automation tools. This role requires working on-site in a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) on a hybrid basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and operate cloud-based systems and services.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Ansible.
- Perform extensive system administration tasks.
- Work on the command line for various operating systems.
- Implement and manage AWS infrastructure.
- Collaborate with development teams to build and deploy microservices.
- Utilize Python and SQL for scripting, data manipulation, and automation.
- Ensure the security and compliance of systems within the SCIF environment.
Here's what you need:
- Experience scripting and/or programming in a Unix/Linux/Windows environment
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Experience with automation frameworks including at least one of the following: Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Salt
- Experience designing and implementing runtime architectures or container-based applications using Docker, Swarm, Kubernetes, OpenShift, or Mesos.
- Experience designing and implementing Continuous Delivery and/or DevOps solutions or architecture patterns.
- Proficiency in operating command-line interfaces and cloud environments.
- Strong system administration skills and experience with AWS services and infrastructure.
- Willingness to work on-site in a SCIF (hybrid work environment).
- Active Top Secret clearance.

- Experience with microservices architecture and deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on security and compliance.

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
