We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Supply Chain Strategic Sourcing team as a Co-op. This position will provide the opportunity to gain real-world experience in the aerospace industry while contributing to key projects and initiatives that drive operational efficiency and cost savings. The Supply Chain Strategic Sourcing Co-op will work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, engineering, finance, and suppliers, to support the development and execution of strategic sourcing strategies.

What You Will Do:

• Assist in supplier identification, evaluation, and selection to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Develop a database to create successful Requests for Quotes (RFQs) with high award ratio
• Support the development of Requests for Quotes (RFQs).
• Analyze supplier cost structures, market trends, and spend data to identify cost reduction opportunities.

What You Will Learn:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define sourcing requirements and ensure seamless communication.
• Monitor supplier performance metrics, including quality, delivery, and cost, and propose improvement initiatives as needed.
• Assist in supplier relationship management activities, including issue resolution and risk mitigation.
• Generate reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate progress and findings to key stakeholders.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
