As a Sales & Marketing Intern, you will work with the Executive Assistant for event planning, travel accommodations, and additional projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with planning major events. Responsible for catering (sourcing and booking), hotel accommodations, renting cars, and sports ticket booking.
• Management and coordination of major hotel room blocks and reservations
• Creation and updating of sales representative profile sheets and bios
• Contract negotiation and sourcing of venues
• Work cross-functionally with purchasing and marketing to procure items within budget and scope
• Work with the marketing team for event collateral
• Additional duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring:

• Currently working toward a bachelor’s degree in any major and currently a sophomore, junior, or senior
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize
• Self-starter attitude that can work independently with clear-cut direction
• Above average Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Office, etc.)
• Flexible work schedule
