We’re currently looking for a hands-on Front of House Manager to lead the guest experience at our 4 Rivers Smokehouse location inside Orlando International Airport.

 

What You’ll Do:

 

• Lead all front of house operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience
• Manage, coach, and develop FOH team members including servers, cashiers, runners, and hosts
• Drive service standards, speed of service, and floor execution in a high-volume environment
• Monitor staffing levels and adjust in real time based on business needs
• Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues quickly
• Partner with BOH leadership to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards
• Support hiring, training, and performance management

 

What We’re Looking For:

 


• Previous restaurant management experience (FOH preferred)
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and hold a team accountable
• Experience in high-volume or quick service environments is a plus
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Flexible availability (weekends, holidays, early mornings/late nights)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced airport environment
