Job Title: Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator
Job Summary:
Statewide Remodeling Inc. is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator to support our operations by managing material flow, inventory accuracy, and warehouse organization. This role does not supervise staff but plays a critical part in ensuring materials and supplies are prepared, received, and distributed effectively for upcoming installations.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor incoming and outgoing materials; report any order issues to Procurement Tech or department manager
Communicate regularly with the Pre-Production Manager and other department leads
Help maintain productivity and accuracy targets related to inventory and supply
Process vendor return requests and keep detailed records of shortages or errors
Ensure materials are accurately received, labeled, stored, and staged for upcoming jobs
Pre-stage installation orders in advance to avoid scheduling delays
Resolve delivery discrepancies or material inconsistencies
Support tool and workshop area organization (including future expansion of tool cage)
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and security; report issues proactively
Oversee compactor use and coordinate waste management with installers as needed
Perform other operational support tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Prior warehouse, inventory, or material handling experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
Strong organizational and time management skills
Effective verbal and written communication abilities
Collaborative, hands-on attitude with a commitment to accuracy and accountability
Willingness to grow within the role and take on new responsibilities over time
Technical/Computer Requirements:
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office 365
Ability to learn and work within job-specific software platforms
Physical Requirements:
Ability to regularly lift/move 50+ lbs
Comfortable working in changing environmental conditions (hot/cold/outdoors)
Physically active role involving lifting, bending, standing, and walking
Work Environment:
Primary work setting is a warehouse, with moderate to high noise levels
Exposure to seasonal weather during material handling and staging tasks
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends as needed
May require availability on Saturdays based on installation scheduling
Job Classification:
Exempt from overtime per the Fair Labor Standards Act
Salary and benefits in accordance with Statewide Remodeling Inc. policies
