Subject Matter Expert:

A technology operations and communications expert with in-depth experience managing enterprise IT services, mobile solutions, and unified communications strategies. Core areas of specialization include:

  • Mobility – Managing enterprise mobility strategies, including mobile device provisioning, carrier management, security policies (MDM), and cost control for a mobile workforce.
  • Telecommunications – Administering voice, data, and network communication services, including contract negotiation, vendor oversight, and technology upgrades (e.g., VoIP, SIP, WAN) to support business continuity and scalability.
  • Collaboration Services – Implementing and supporting secure, scalable audio, video, and web conferencing platforms to enhance collaboration, productivity, and hybrid workforce engagement.

This SME provides strategic and operational leadership in building resilient, user-centric IT environments—balancing performance, security, and cost-efficiency across global enterprise networks.

 

What You Will Do:

  • As the subject matter expert, your role will be focused on creating additional value to existing accounts/clients/projects. 

As it relates to creating additional value, some of your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

    • Analyzing client infrastructure, vendor contracts, and pricing structures to identify cost-saving opportunities
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop solutions tailored to client needs
    • Leading complex negotiations with vendors to secure favorable terms on behalf of clients
    • Deliver actionable insights and present findings to client stakeholders
    • Proactively identify client challenges and recommend strategic and operational solutions that exceed expectations
  • Stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies within your domain
  • Create and refine deliverables such as data analyses, reports, and client presentations as it relates to creating additional value
  • Serve as an internal resource for functional expertise and thought leadership
  • Work independently on projects or as a contributor on larger engagements<
