DevOps Principal Architect AWS/VMware/Hybrid Cloud / CEM (15+ years of experience)

Ness Digital Engineering is seeking a highly experienced DevOps Principal Architect/CEM to lead and architect our DevOps initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing DevOps solutions, coupled with strong leadership skills to drive transformational change.Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of DevOps strategies and solutions to support our Active Directory Implementation and Operation and client digital transformation goals.
• Architect and oversee the development of CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Windows PowerShell , Jenkins and GitHub Repo Management.
• Implement and configure Harness for continuous delivery and automation.
• Ensure the security and integrity of DevOps environments using security tools like ForgeRock, Okta, CyberArk, Vault, and Venafi.
• Design and implement monitoring solutions using Splunk, SignalFX, LogicMonitor, Satellite, and Sailpoint.
• Provide expertise in AWS cloud services.
• Implement code quality and security scans using SonarQube, Veracode, Black Duck, and Qualys.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement best practices for DevOps processes and tooling.

Must Have:

• 15+ years of experience in DevOps roles, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
• Expertise in Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, Jenkins, GitHub, and other DevOps tools.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, particularly AWS and VMware
• Experience with security tools and identity management solutions.
• Good Understanding and experience with of Windows Server Platform and PowerShell
• AD Integration with PKI infrastructure, SailPoint, ForgeRock, CyberArk, Vault

Good to Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
• Experience with Experience building required automation tools using standard technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, and DSC configuration is a plus.
• Knowledge of Bluecat is a Plus
