How You´ll add Value
As a key member of our Sales Operations Team, you will provide comprehensive support to the sales organization, helping maximize efficiency, elevate customer experience, and ensure compliance. Your excellent communication skills, structured working style, and ability to manage multiple priorities will make you successful in this role.
What You´ll Do
Sales Process & Deal Support
Prepare quotations and support sales representatives with timely, high‑quality proposals.
Coordinate customer contracts, secure required approvals, and ensure full execution.
Process customer onboarding forms and manage loan agreements for demo devices.
Obtain approvals for extended payment terms and support RFIs with established content.
Operational Excellence & Process Improvement
Create, document, and continuously optimize Sales Operations processes.
Identify opportunities to improve sales workflows and operational efficiency.
Contribute to and maintain a proposal content database.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, and other SMEs to support sales opportunities.
Collaborate with Sales Leaders on priorities and improvement initiatives.
Participate in sales meetings and provide updates on ongoing projects.
Training, Reporting & Analytics
Develop job aids and training materials to support consistent workflows.
Provide training and guidance to sales teams on tools, systems, and processes.
Prepare, maintain, and interpret sales reporting as needed.
Assist in analyzing potential and existing customer opportunities.
What You’ll Bring
Relevant degree (Bachelor or similar) in a related field, e.g. Business Administration; Finance or Economics; Marketing; Biology/Biotechnology
Significant experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, Bid Management, or similar roles in a fast‑paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Experience working in multicultural or global environments.
Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.com, Oracle or Oxion.
Strong communication skills in English and German. Other languages are an advantage.
