Our mission is to deliver comprehensive support, ensuring all children thrive in our inclusive environment.</span></p></div><p><span style="font-size: 18pt;"><strong>On the Lookout for a Rockstar Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)!</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><strong>Position:</strong> 8:00-5:30 Monday-Friday</li> <li><strong>Location</strong>: Daycare - 7597 Taylor Rd, Riverdale, GA 30274</li> <li><strong>Compensation:</strong> $30+ per hour, based on experience</li> </ul> <p><strong>Brightstone Therapy</strong> is growing in Riverdale and we’re searching for a skilled, motivated <strong>RBT</strong> who’s ready to make meaningful impact every single day. We believe great therapy starts with great people. <em>That’s where you come in</em>.</p> <hr> <h2>What You’ll Do</h2> <ul> <li>Deliver individualized, one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).</li> <li>Implement behavior intervention plans tailored to each client’s goals and strengths.</li> <li>Collect accurate data and write detailed session notes to track progress and guide next steps.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with your BCBA to ensure thoughtful, data-driven treatment decisions.</li> <li>Provide behavior support and assist with crisis intervention when necessary.</li> <li>Work across homes, schools, and clinic settings to support clients where they thrive best.</li> </ul> <hr> <h2>What You Bring</h2> <ul> <li>Active RBT certification.</li> <li>Willingness to obtain CPR certification upon hire (if not already certified).</li> <li>Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.</li> <li>Experience supporting individuals in home, school, or clinical environments.</li> <li>A genuine commitment to helping individuals with autism and empowering families.</li> <li>Full-time availability Monday–Frid
