About the role
Are you passionate about building strong teams, creating meaningful employee and customer experiences and driving cultural and strategic impact? We are looking for two dynamic and experienced Senior People Experience Partners to join our People, Culture & Development team.
Reporting directly to the Head of People Experience, you will lead a team of two People Experience Partners and provide high-level strategic HR partnering across a variety of different services in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
As a trusted advisor, you will deliver comprehensive end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle. You will lead proactive case management, ensure compliance and drive initiatives aligned with organisational goals. With a strong focus on customer experience, culture, capability, diversity, inclusion and wellbeing, you will help shape a positive, people focused environment where both employees and customers thrive.
Key responsibilities include:

Partnering with executive and senior leaders to provide strategic advice, coaching and workforce planning.

Leading and mentoring People Experience Partners to ensure high-quality, consistent HR support.

Managing recruitment, capability building, change initiatives and employee relations matters.

Providing sound advice on case management, legislative compliance and employment contracts.

Collaborating with the PCD Leadership to develop and implement effective workforce strategies.
This is a pivotal leadership role for a forward-thinking HR professional who thrives in complexity and is committed to delivering impactful people outcomes that support the success and growth of the organisation.
We have 2 x full-time permanent roles available based at the Civic Centre located in Wantirna South.
We support flexible working arrangements while ensuring operational needs of the role are met.
This is a Band 7 classified role. Remuneration will be $110,732.77 to $124,189.64 (depending on experience) plus superannuation in accordance with the Superannuation Guarantee.
What you will bring to this role
The key selection criteria for this role are:

Strong leadership experience and a proven ability to inspire and guide teams.

Substantial senior HR partnering experience in a complex, multi-disciplinary organisation.

Demonstrated expertise in coaching leaders, performance management and change leadership.

Strong knowledge of employment legislation, enterprise agreements, awards and HR compliance.
-
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust.
-
Experience in mentoring and leading HR professionals across complex issues and priorities.
-
Sound business acumen and a proactive, consultative approach to problem solving.

Strong stakeholder management with the ability to juggle competing priorities whilst maintaining high levels of professionalism and discretion.

A relevant degree or diploma, or extensive equivalent experience in human resources.
