Summary
This role manages the day-to-day compensation operations for assigned client groups, acting as an internal consultation advising the HR business partners and leadership on compensation policies, procedures and delivering solutions. The role will also participate in managing the annual compensation cycle and other plan design projects. The role requires expertise in compensation with the ability to manage multiple deliverable and work in a collaborative and a transforming environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate and partner with HR business partners to understand business needs and advise on compensation policies
- Participate in the design of and communicate compensation programs that align with business strategy, applying knowledge to ensure market-competitive and compliant program design
- Participate in salary survey process, analyzing survey data, and market trends to assess compensation competitiveness, making recommendations and aligning with recruiting and retention strategies
- Manage the year-end planning process and planning tool, partnering with IT, HR business partners, client groups and leaders
- Perform job evaluations for roles for the business, and gaining alignment as needed
- Mange all compensation plan documentation and use as the basis for education of client groups
- Keep up-to-date on compensation or other trends, using as insight for compensation plan design recommendations
- Lead ad hoc project and initiatives as required
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local pay regulations
Requirements
- 5+ years’ direct experience in broad-based compensation
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in manufacturing or CPG preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills required to consult, as well as partner with HR business partners
- Must have excellent project management skills, strong analytical and organizational skills as well as the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward employees always

The salary range for this full-time position is $85,000.00 - $134,200.00, + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant educat
