Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches their work with vigor and determination.

- Manage multiple complex projects in a demanding environment
- Deliver engineering concepts aligned with vehicle and chassis targets and assess full vehicle trade-offs.
- Lead teams in solving complex packaging
- Collaborate with engineering and studio to lead prototype hardware delivery
- Lead CAD studies for vehicle variants and platform development
- Contribute to technology roadmaps for future vehicles
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of automotive industry experience, focused on early vehicle development
- Proven 3D CAD skills
- Hands-on practical experience in prototype and production assembly processes
- Experience in technology, system, and supplier selection
- Knowledge of steering, brakes, structures, and vehicle dynamics principles
- Project leadership and mentoring skills
- Travel domestically and internationally up to 20% as needed
Advantageous:
- 10+ years of automotive industry experience
- Experience and proficiency with CATIA V5/V6
- Knowledge of NVH principles
- Knowledge of vehicle crash safety principles
- Knowledge of body structures principles
- Experience developing vehicle level attributes
- Ability to run CAE analysis tools
Education:
- BS/BEng or MS/MEng, or equivalent experience, in Mechanical Engineering or similar
