We now need to strengthen our central team with an additional resource, and this is why we are looking for <b><span>YOU</span></b> our next Senior Product Engineer - Process. As a Senior Product Engineer - Process, you play a crucial role in advancing our customer experience.</p><p></p><p><b><span>Your key tasks will be:</span></b></p><ul><li><p>Support and execute FAT and commissioning of new installations.</p></li><li><p>Expert troubleshooting on Evaporation plants.</p></li><li><p>Training of our field service engineers and customers.</p></li><li><p>Technical support (Remote support, helpdesk, claim investigations etc.)</p></li><li><p>Work in close co-operation with the entire central Business Unit organization.</p></li><li><p>Frequent contacts with our sales companies and directly with our customers regarding technical support, commissioning, and Evaporation training.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>The position involves a large amount of travelling (approx. 140 days / year) sometimes on short notice.</p><p></p><p><b><span>Who you are</span></b></p><p>You are a strong team player who is also capable of working independently. We believe you are service-minded and customer-focused, with the ability to easily form contacts in a global environment.</p><p><span>You have an eye for details and enjoys delivering high-quality results on time and within </span><span>budget.</span> Flexibility and excellent communication skills are essential qualities for this role.</p><p></p><p><b><span>What you know</span></b></p><p><span>You have a bachelor/ master’s degree in engineering (process / chemical). We trust you bring 5-10 years or experience within the process </span><span>Industry as well as </span><span>experience with commissioning work.
