Essential Functions:

• Communication in both written and verbal capacities
• Fluency in American Sign Language
• Familiarity with digital communication avenues such as live chat, zoom, email, and text.
• Administrative and other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Exceptional organizational skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365
• Thorough understanding of cloud servers
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize numerous tasks simultaneously
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced workplace
• RID Certification A Must
