The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic leader to build and sustain key manufacturer partnerships while laying the foundation for innovative product development. This role focuses on engaging top MEP manufacturers, creating a vibrant manufacturer community, and driving monetization opportunities. The successful candidate will be instrumental in forming 10 to 15 strategic partnerships within the first year and leveraging these relationships to steer product evolution and revenue growth. While most of our team is based in California, we welcome applicants from across the United States for this remote position.

What You Will Achieve and Key Responsibilities:

Build Strategic Partnerships

• Identify, engage, and secure high-value partnerships with MEP manufacturers, targeting 10 to 15 new partnerships in the first year.

• Serve as the primary liaison for manufacturer executives, ensuring seamless integration with our platform and aligning their needs with our strategic objectives.

Develop a Manufacturer Community & Monetization Framework

• Establish and lead manufacturer steering committees and partnership programs to drive product innovation and strategic alignment.

• Collaborate with product and sales teams to develop compelling monetization strategies that support manufacturer use cases and create new revenue streams.

Sustain and Enhance Partnership Value

• Continuously nurture and manage relationships with existing partners to ensure ongoing value delivery and mutual growth.

• Monitor and report on partnership performance through key metrics such as platform adoption, user growth, and revenue contribution, ensuring alignment with Parspec’s overall goals.

Who You Are

You are a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of both enterprise software and the MEP industry. You excel at building and managing complex partnerships in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Your qualifications include:

• 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or channel sales in manufacturing, construction, or related industries.

• A proven track record in developing strategic partnerships, especially with building product OEMs.

• Expertise in navigating large distribution networks, identifying opportunities, and driving revenue.

• Strong negotiation, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• A solid understanding of manufacturing processes, technologies, supply chains, and MEP sectors.

• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS tools, including CPQ platforms.

• Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth settings.

• Your experience should showcase your ability to drive significant business impact through strategic partnerships.
