Leading Quality, Integrity, Valued Partner, Empathy, Innovation, Team-First Salary Range: $55k-$70kPosition Summary: The HR Recruiter will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our organization’s growth and mission. The recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers across departments to develop recruitment strategies, manage the end-to-end hiring process, and ensure a positive candidate experience. This role contributes to building a strong employer brand that positions the organization as an employer of choice in the specialty pharmacy sector.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & TRAINING
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in healthcare, pharmacy, or a related industry.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Jobvite preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
- Experience recruiting for healthcare roles such as pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and admissions.
- Familiarity with ADP Onboarding or similar platforms.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
Recruitment Strategy Development:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, job requirements, and timelines.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
- Post job openings on internal and external platforms, including Jobvite (ATS).
- Conduct proactive outreach through LinkedIn, job boards, industry groups, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
- Guide candidates through the recruitment process, providing timely updates and clear communication.
- Create an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our commitment to care and quality.
- Assist with onboarding processes in collaboration with the HR team, including documentation and orientation.
- Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement events, benefits enrollment, and compliance audits.
- Provide backup for other HR functions during peak periods or as needed, including data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks.
- Utilize Jobvite and other tools to track applicant progress, recruitment metrics, and time-to-fill.
- Analyze recruiting trends and provide insights to improve processes.
