Senior Front-End Developer

Company Description

This position will be a part of a new asset production Hub built in the CEE region, supporting multiple markets of a global pharma brand and serving as a one-stop shop for all content creation and content modification topics.

As a team working in this area for various clients across the globe, we want to do the work in an effective and automated way, leaving people space to develop themselves in various areas of digital marketing and tools.

You will be part of the newly created hub focusing on delivering web-based assets (most of them pretty heavy on front-end and with custom design, essentially HTML pages with CSS and JS for interaction). 

Job Description

• Delivering custom web assets according to client’s guidelines
• Utilizing modern web development practices, including React and Astro.js.
• Building an efficient delivery infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines and component libraries
• Mentoring junior developers
• Fostering collaboration and idea-sharing among senior team members

Qualifications

• Experience in front-end development - at least 4 years
• Previous experience in the Pharma/Health Care industry is a plus
• Experience with React (preferred) or Vue3
• Experience with Astro.js is a plus
• Experience with HTML, CSS (Sass), JS/TS
• Experience in working with JIRA or a similar tool
• Interested in talent development and mentoring
• English at a communicative level
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Self-directed, proactive, and accountable problem solver
• Highly organized, motivated and attentive to details
