Food and Beverage Support Specialist

Job Duties

We’re looking for a highly motivated and dependable individual to join our team. The ideal candidate is self-driven, adaptable, and works well in a team setting. Experience in hospitality, cooking, or a similar field is required.

 

• Prepare ingredients for cooking (e.g., chopping vegetables, cutting meat, etc.)
• Prepare dishes in support of chef (sides, sauces, etc.)
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized kitchen environment
• Assist with a variety of cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
• Monitor and restock consumables as needed
• Notify management of any damages, shortages, or disturbances
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Proven experience in kitchen support
• Experience in baking and pastry making strong plus
• Setting tables in line with site standards and providing meal service to guests

Qualifications

• Experience using cutting tools, cookware, and bakeware
• Familiarity with various cooking methods (grilling, baking, boiling, etc.)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
