About the role

The US ADC Senior Security Program Manager leads the physical security design, installation, and sustainment program across multiple Amazon Dedicated Cloud (ADC) data center clusters. This role sets program strategy for security capital projects and system sustainment, directly manages a team of Security Program Managers (SPMs) who execute at the cluster level, and ensures physical security infrastructure meets government accreditation requirements while keeping pace with rapid data center growth.

You will own the end-to-end physical security program — defining standards, managing a multi-million dollar portfolio of capital and sustainment projects, and driving consistency across clusters. You will hire, develop, and lead a team of SPMs, setting clear goals, providing regular coaching and feedback, and managing performance to build a high-performing team. You will resolve complex problems that span multiple sites, stakeholders, and compliance regimes. You will advise senior leadership on security infrastructure investment, risk posture, and long-term design strategy. You will foster a culture of operational excellence within your team, identifying talent gaps, driving professional development, and building succession plans. You will engage directly with government customers on physical security approvals and accreditation matters at the program level.
