Your expertise will be pivotal in making technology a seamless and powerful part of the human experience. Key Activities • Strategy and Roadmap Development: Design and develop comprehensive change management strategies that align with project goals and business outcomes. You will create detailed roadmaps that outline the journey from initial awareness to full-scale adoption and proficiency.• End-to-End Initiative Leadership: Lead the creation, management, and execution of all change initiatives. This includes conducting thorough stakeholder analysis, performing change impact assessments, identifying potential resistance, and developing mitigation tactics to ensure a smooth transition.• Content and Engagement Oversight: Oversee the development of compelling communication and training materials. You will ensure all content is aligned with strategic goals, tailored to different audience needs, and delivered through impactful channels to maximize reach and resonance.• Change Management Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the go-to expert for all aspects of change management related to GenAI implementations, ERP systems, and cultural changes. Provide thought leadership, share best practices, and guide internal teams on the unique cultural and behavioral shifts required.• Team Collaboration and Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior change management consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
