Join Walmart as a Senior Manager, Finance – Walmart Connect Revenue and make a direct impact on the company’s rapidly growing retail media business. In this role, you’ll partner with internal and enterprise stakeholders to drive strategic financial planning and decision support for high-visibility initiatives. You’ll join a data-driven, results-oriented Finance team supporting the Walmart Connect Revenue Organization. The team collaborates with senior business partners, executive finance leadership, and the Chief Revenue Office to deliver shareholder value and support Walmart’s mission of saving customers money and helping them live better. Your efforts will directly accelerate strategic programs and foster a culture of belonging and innovation across Walmart Connect and the broader enterprise.
What you'll do...
- Partner with internal stakeholders across Strategy, Business Operations, Product, and Sales to support the development and execution of strategic programs for Walmart Connect.
- Develop materials to communicate financial results and business impact to leadership.
- Perform ad hoc financial modeling and data analysis to generate operational and strategic insights across the revenue organization.
- Drive reporting that leads to action and tracks results, influencing business decisions and outcomes.
- Build and manage cross-functional relationships to accelerate business improvements and align on key initiatives.
- Provide accurate financial projections, variance analysis, and input to the annual operating plan in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Identify and resolve operational gaps, process inefficiencies, and risks, driving continuous improvement across finance processes.
What You’ll Bring
- Demonstrated ability to operate with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; experience using data to build a compelling story and communicate insights to senior audiences.
- Strategic thinker who can connect the dots across complex systems and break down large problems into actionable components.
- Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills, especially in aligning stakeholders with competing priorities.
- Strong discipline and organization skills with a track record of executing and delivering results.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, recognize business opportunities, and proactively identify and resolve gaps.
- Passion for collective team success, with a willingness to mentor and support fellow team members.
- Experience in process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and driving customer-focused financial action.
