Flow Coordinator – 1st Shift
Caleres - Famous Footwear | Lebanon, TN
We are seeking a Flow Coordinator to join our distribution center team in Lebanon, TN. This first-shift role is critical to ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of product through the facility while supporting daily operational goals.
Schedule
• 1st Shift (Typical hours: morning start, Monday–Friday; overtime as needed)
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate daily workflow to ensure timely movement of product through assigned areas
• Monitor labor, productivity, and workflow to meet volume and service expectations
• Communicate priorities and assignments to team members and support staff
• Identify and resolve workflow issues, bottlenecks, and exceptions in real time
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
• Partner with supervisors and leadership to support continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist with training and coaching associates on standard operating procedures
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in a distribution, warehouse, or logistics environment preferred
• Proven ability to coordinate work, multitask, and prioritize in a fast paced setting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable using warehouse systems and basic computer applications
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
