Summary:
The Department of Surgery and the Division of General Surgery at Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Inc seeks to recruit a per diem moonlighter to provide inpatient call coverage at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center for inpatient floor services for the East Campus and West Campus which includes the following services: General Surgery/Surgical Oncology, Colon and Rectal, Transplant Surgery, Plastic Surgery, Orthopedics, ENT, Urology, VICU and SICU. No academic appointment is affiliated with this position.
Requirements:
- Successful completion of at least PGY2 in an accredited surgical residency program.
- Full medical license to practice in Massachusetts, Control Substance Registration and Federal DEA
- Ability to cover weeknight shifts (M-Th12 hours; Fri 13 hours) and weekend shifts (23-24 hours). A minimum of 4 shifts per month of coverage is preferred.
