Job Description

BryceTech is seeking a program director to support the Biosecurity & Health Division Director in managing the operations of the rapidly growing Biosecurity & Health Division. This position is Hybrid in Alexandria, VA.

Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage projects and resources – ensure teams have the corporate resources and support to provide exceptional customer service
• Support growth opportunities by conducting client research and contributing to proposal development and past performance artifacts for the division
• Support the implementation and monitoring of compliance with corporate policies and procedures, including quality assurance of contract deliverables
• Provide portfolio operational oversight for the division leadership team
• Support the management of contracts, subcontracts, and vendors, including the development of scope statements, statement of works, purchase orders and funding modifications

Support division Program Managers (PMs) with workforce and staff management, administration, and client engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Business Administration or Public Health preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• 7+ years of experience in federal government consulting with demonstrated career progression from direct client support through Program Management
• Experience with Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), or Department of Defense (DoD) medical research & development (R&D) organizations strongly preferred

Demonstrated experience in a leadership role developing and expanding teams of 30+ staff beginning with contract kick-off, through option exercise and contract close-out.

Additional Information

Salary Range: Starting at $150,000
