Open Positions & ResponsibilitiesGeneral Dental Assistant

• Provide chairside support, take X-rays, sterilize instruments, and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for every patient.

Lead Dental Assistant – Pediatric

• Lead with heart! Oversee daily operations, mentor team members, and create exceptional experiences for kids and families.

Pediatric Dental Assistant

• Assist during pediatric procedures and make each visit fun and comfortable. (Experience preferred, passion required)

Hygiene Assistant

• Support hygienists in delivering excellent care — prepare rooms, assist with patient flow, and sterilize instruments.
  Pay starts at $18/hr

Oral Surgery Dental Assistant

• Assist with extractions, implants, and surgical procedures.
  Pay: $21–$28/hr based on experience + mileage reimbursement

Orthodontic Dental Assistant

• Help transform smiles through braces, Invisalign, and more.
  Pay: $18–$26/hr based on experience + mileage reimbursement

What You Bring to the Team

• Experience as a Dental Assistant (preferred)
• Strong dental terminology knowledge
• Excellent communication & multitasking skills
• CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
