As Sr. Product Manager III, you’ll be an experienced professional to lead product management for a portfolio of cloud, platform, and DevSecOps product offerings across multiple security domains. You will be responsible for the full product lifecycle, from strategy and roadmap creation to execution and delivery, across the portfolio in collaboration with engineering and operations teams. You will lead, mentor, and coach product managers and collaborate directly with customers to drive relevant, secure, and performant capabilities into the portfolio.

What you’ll do:
- Define, drive, and integrate the product vision and strategy across the portfolio
- Develop and maintain integrated portfolio roadmaps
- Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with operations support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any product-related issues.
- Lead, mentor, and coach product managers, IT PMs, and Agilists such as Scrum Masters
- Apply Human-Centered Design (HCD) principles and techniques to elicit and derive product capability requirements
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical/system requirements including epics and user stories
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions about product enhancements and future development.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Active TS//SCI with CI poly.
- A minimum of 15 years' experience with at least 10 years' experience in technology leadership translating objectives and/or high-level requirements into actionable technical requirements and specifications involving cloud, container, or DevSecOps technologies.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience with software product feature specification and development, either in the public sector (preferred) or commercial environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms and DevSecOps practices.
- Expert leadership skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with agile PM tools (GitLab preferred).
- Demonstrable experience with service design and/or CX asset creation for large enterprise solutions such as service blueprints and journey maps.
- Strong experience with enterprise level KPIs and metrics for product performance and service level evaluation.
SALARY RANGE: $166,000 - $221,000
The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:
- The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience
- The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
- Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
- This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include:
- Performance-based bonuses
- Company-paid training and/or certifications
- Referral bonuses
