We’re looking for coaches who:

• Inspire and motivate: Your energy lights up the room, and your positive vibes stick with our members long after they leave.
• Lead with expertise: You bring the science and skills to guide members through our heart-rate-based, technology-backed, coach-inspired group workouts.
• Create connections: From the moment they step into the studio, you make members feel like they’re part of something special—an empowered, goal-crushing community.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and motivate members through pre-designed, full-body group workouts.
• Help members set goals and celebrate their progress.
• Ensure safe and correct form, offering guidance and corrections as needed.
• Stay sharp on the science behind our workouts and what sets Orangetheory apart from the competition.
• Demonstrate proper use of all equipment and maintain an engaging workout environment.

What we’re looking for:

• AED/CPR certification (required).
• Current fitness certification from an Orangetheory-approved education company (required).
• A team player with a passion for fitness and a genuine desire to change lives.

About Us

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
