About the Opportunity
As a member of the Business Planning & Solutions team, the Sales Support Coordinator will work in a fast-paced, team environment which requires high performing individuals with the ability to collaborate, pay attention to detail, work in cross-functional teams, and able to make independent decisions. This role is accountable to collaborate across all sales channels taking current state business processes to future state creating consistency and efficiency helping us achieve Sales & Marketing overall strategy. IMPORTANT: This position requires on-site work at our Watsonville, California office. Remote work is not available. Applicants must reside within a commutable distance or be willing to relocate independently. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time or in the future. - Supports requests for Master Data changes while adhering to internal data compliance rules and communicates impact(s) to cross functional parties. End-to-end understanding of Master Data systematic dependencies and reporting.
- Responsible for execution, regular reviews, and development of reporting.
- Support collaboration with Sales, Legal, Food Safety, Sustainability, and other applicable departments to ensure customer requirements are completed.
- Executes claim support and closing invoice adjustments as assigned.
- Maintain internal compliance and support with internal systems and processes.
Monitors and reports on system inconsistencies and discrepancies. - Collaborates cross functionally with IS and third-party vendors to support external platform requirements, such as but not exclusive to: iTrade, Procurant, Retail Link.
- Provides process compliance clarity by auditing and maintaining resources, providing refresher trainings, and ad hoc assistance where needed.
- Agent of change management and expert in best practices for sales process.
- Supports implementation and maintain awareness of new business processes.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 1+ years of produce and/or berry industry experience with standing deliverables
- 2+ years of sales or customer service experience working with cross functional departments
- Champions best practices and able to share clearly with teammates via training and SOPs
- Understanding of systems and implications for corresponding processes.
- Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office
- Basic Tableau preferred
- Basic Sales Force preferred
- Advanced English; Spanish a bonus
Compensation & Benefits:

The actual compensation offered to the successful candidate is dependent upon experience, skills, education, work location, internal pay equity, and other objective job-related factors.
Hourly range estimated for this role is: $25 to $30 per hour
