Position Summary

The Analytical Processor position will be responsible for the coordination of the Light Product Purchases mailbox and the processing of payables within RightAngle for the Refined Product Bulk Accounting group. The position requires a motivated individual with strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills. Experience with RightAngle and SAP is preferred.
 

 Key Responsibilities

• Review product purchase, transportation, and broker fee invoices sent to the Light Product Purchases mailbox to verify invoice volumes align with the related support.
• Create payable records within RightAngle and match the payable to available transactions.
• Communicate with vendors and individual accountants to resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Respond to vendor requests for payment confirmations and remittance details.
• Coordinate the retention of payable details and respond to audit requests as needed.
• Provide back-up support for other members of the group as needed.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• Experience in Accounting, Finance or related field is preferred
• Knowledge of accounting practices and invoice processing is preferred
• Experience with RightAngle and SAP is preferred
