We distribute healthcare products and, in close cooperation with Midas Pharma GmbH, prescription drugs.<br/><br/> <br/><strong><u>Your main tasks<br/></u></strong><br/><ul><li>Management and responsibility for the healthcare product portfolio (OTC and Rx) from concept to market launch, including lifecycle management</li><li>Sales and budget responsibility for selected products</li><li>Coordinating the launch and further development of healthcare products (e.g., pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements, FSMP) in the field of women's health in consultation with internal stakeholders and the relevant specialist departments</li><li>Establishing and maintaining networks with external partners, opinion leaders, and specialist groups (e.g., key opinion leaders, agencies, industry partners)</li><li>Generating consumer insights, developing product strategies, preparing market and competition analyses</li><li>Sales controlling and forecast management in cooperation with the relevant specialist departments</li><li>Developing and implementing market access strategies with internal and external experts </li><li>Designing and implementing various marketing and information materials (online and offline) for expert groups and patients in collaboration with marketing, brand management, and external agencies</li><li>Developing and implementing complex multi-channel marketing strategies, taking into account current market trends and regulatory requirements</li><li>Presenting project results and strategic recommendations to management and other decision-makers</li></ul><ul><li>Degree in business administration, marketing, life sciences, or a comparable subject</li><li>At least 5 years of professional experience in product management in the healthcare sector (Rx and OTC)</li><li>Experience in lifecycle management, launch, and communication strategies</li><li>Proven track record of successful product launches and further developments in the healthcare sector</li><li>Ideally, you have already taken on P&amp;L responsibility in the healthcare sector</li><li>In-depth understanding of the regulatory and legal framework of the pharmaceutical market</li><li>Strong implementation skills and a hands-on mentality</li><li>Solution-oriented and willing to work in a dynamic environment</li><li>Analytical, strategic, and solution-oriented thinking</li><li>Excellent communication skills and strong team spirit</li><li>Business fluent in German and English</li><li>Willingness to travel occasionally</li></ul><ul><li>An exciting challenge in a young, dynamic company where you can get involved hands-on right from the start – with a lot of personal responsibility, short decision-making processes, and room for your ideas</li><li>Since 2022, Midas Healthcare has been a subsidiary of Midas Pharma GmbH, an established and renowned family business that has been operating successfully in the pharmaceutical market for over 35 years</li><li>We have flat hierarchies and small teams without matrix structures.
