Job Summary:

Join our Commercial Operations team as a portfolio leader within the Seller Experience org. You’ll manage the roadmap and delivery rhythm for seller-impacting initiatives—partnering with Sales, Tech, and Enablement to ensure cross-functional alignment, clear reporting, and field readiness. This role brings structure and visibility to how we improve seller workflows at scale.

Job Description:

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex projects to improve sales operations.
  • Analyze business trends to identify opportunities for process enhancements.
  • Implement new methods and procedures for special assignments.
  • Coordinate with global teams to ensure consistency in operations.
  • Mentor managers and provide guidance on project execution.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualification:

·  Experience leading cross-functional portfolio governance in a sales, revenue operations, or go-to-market environment

·  Proven ability to drive structure, prioritization, and execution across a complex initiative portfolio with competing stakeholder needs

·  Strong track record of partnering with sales, enablement, and sales technology teams to deliver impactful change

·  Familiarity with B2B sales processes and systems (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ, account planning, contracting, renewals)

·  Experience designing executive-ready reporting, dashboards, or communication frameworks that support visibility and decision-making

·  Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, with a strong bias toward clarity, consistency, and forward momentum

·  Change management certification (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR) or demonstrated success in supporting field readiness and adoption is a plus

·  Comfort operating in ambiguous or evolving environments, bringing structure and alignment across decentralized teams
