Labcorp is seeking a Early Talent Senior Recruiter to join its Early Talent Recruitment team! As an integral member of the global TA team, the Recruiter acts as the trusted advisor to the client groups they support to source and identify top early talent, and to guide managers through hiring processes and decisions. The Early Talent Senior Recruiter will own specified strategies, programs, processes and policies and will work with the Head of Early Talent to ensure alignment with the company goals, strategy, mission and vision.
The Early Talent Senior Recruiter provides dedicated support to the enterprise thru early talent relationship management, recruitment and employer branding strategy. In this role, the incumbent will be required to establish and build collaborative and influential partnerships with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and Leadership, to understand internal early talent hiring and talent development needs across the enterprise. The incumbent will also be required to establish and build collaborative and influential partnerships with external faculty and staff across colleges and universities to identify unique partnership opportunities, maintain an on campus presence, and ongoing student engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a high volume requisition workload of intern and early in career full-time positions providing end to end recruitment (ATS management, job launch, candidate sourcing, recruitment and onboarding activities) as well as program conversions and support of early talent programming additionally.
Partner on campus ambassador training initiatives; early talent trainings, creates toolkits (talking points, external presentations, communications, etc.), coaches Labcorp representatives in preparation for events.
Lead within team - Train and drive employees with respect to recruiting procedures, effective interviewing skills, applicable laws.
Drive change, display agility and innovative thinking, partners across enterprise and collaborate on early talent and Global Talent Acquisition projects.
Create, leads & design innovative events and campus activities to attract and engage students interested in or pursuing careers in life sciences. Influence our campus partners to sponsor/host and promote our events.
Establish early talent goals and objectives, pays close attention to the student experience, and measures/evaluates/follows up on all early talent candidate experience and university-relations outcomes.
Lead branding activities - designs creative campaigns to engage our target student population and stays current with trends in student engagement, market intelligence, technology platforms and tools.
Effectively communicates early talent strategy with leadership, TA partners, and HR Business Partners - owning delivery, spearheading communications efforts, proactively aligning with business and providing recommendations.
Create and delivers leadership communications –leads introductions during speaking engagements with students and partners with assigned Business Unit(s) on recruiting needs and strategies.
Develop and maintains an effective early talent related network including career services, community college/university faculty, high school, internal talent acquisition teams, and recruiting industry partners.
Exemplify expertise and high level of business acumen to represent all business lines across Labcorp.
Lead multiple projects and continuous improvement of the early talent relations process and adheres to the process, while creating new processes
Proactively source, screen and secure candidates for a wide range of positions, thinking strategically about possible opportunities cross-divisionally.
Develop and maintain an effective Early Talent -related network; serving as main point of contact for strategic partner universities, professional organizations, diversity relations events, sponsorships, outreach, and community collaboration
Design creative campaigns to engage our target student population and stays current with trends in the University Relations and Recruiting industry.
