Security Associate (External Agency Employee)

Overview /Objective
The Security Associate supports the NFL Security Department by performing administrative tasks, assisting in emergencies and drills, supporting investigations, managing building access cards, and handling visitor requests.
Responsibilities
- Maintain presence in the NY office during staff travel.
- Liaise with security officers at 345 Park.
- Validate monthly security invoices in Ontic.
- Manage access cards: issue, collect, photograph, update, program, and troubleshoot.
- Distribute the season Escort Book and sideline apparel.
- Coordinate VIP visitors, file documents, and process invoices.
- Track and renew Private Investigator licenses and insurance.
- Submit Certificates of Insurance.
- Oversee mail/shipping services and off-site storage.
- Maintain Fire Team roster and perform Fire Warden duties.
- Schedule and coordinate First Aid/AED/CPR training.
- Respond to Emergency Alerts/911 calls.
- Assist with building fire/emergency drills and NFL evacuation drills.
- Review surveillance videos for internal matters.
- Handle local deliveries and transport duties.
- Replenish office supplies for NFL Security.
- Coordinate with Rudin Management, NFL Administration/Facilities, and Global Security Operations Center.
- Support large NFL meetings and liaise with NFL Finance.
- Perform monthly preventative maintenance checks.
- Record entries into the Incident Management System.
- Ensure compliance with Information Security requirements.
- Maintain presence for special events/maintenance as needed.
- Update and maintain the NFL Security Department directory.
- Coordinate with receptionists and mailroom staff.
- Train new security guards.
- Process team season tickets.
- Update and troubleshoot the lobby visitor registration/employee database.
- Ship NFL Security radios for off-site events.
- Assist with investigations: transcribe interviews, review data, and CCTV footage.
- Assist with miscellaneous tasks and onboarding of JRPs/Interns.
- Monitor the NFL Security email inbox and office calls.
- Support Owner Committee Meetings.
- Conduct guided tours of the NFL offices as requested.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of administrative support experience in an office setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and Monday.com.

- Efficiently manage diverse tasks.
Physical Demands
- Primarily sedentary with occasional standing, climbing stairs, lifting packages, and processing ID cards.
