Field RN – Home Health Visits

Position: Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Indian River County

As a Field RN, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring patients’ safety, well-being, and satisfaction while following individualized Plans of Care.

Experience with WellSky/Kinnser and home health documentation is a plus!

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to clients based on individualized Plans of Care.

• Communicate promptly with the care team regarding changes in patient condition or emergencies.

• Deliver safe and effective nursing care within the RN scope of practice, which may include:

  • Medication administration

  • Wound care

  • Infusion therapy

  • Catheter care

  • Patient transferring and positioning

• Collaborate with the Nurse Supervisor/Manager of Clinical Practice to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care.

• Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail in all interactions.

• Prioritize effectively, anticipate patient needs, and maintain a sense of urgency in care delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

• Active RN license in the state of Florida

• Proven wound care skills

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer service skills

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems, preferably WellSky/Kinnser

• 1 year of home health experience preferred
