The role:

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work autonomously within empowered, multidisciplinary teams to tackle complex challenges. You’ll own key areas of the product and technology stack, lead architectural decisions, write high-quality code, and mentor colleagues. Your impact will be felt by millions of users globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build scalable, reliable systems that support high traffic.

• Lead technical initiatives and guide the team on best practices.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.

• Mentor and support the growth of other engineers.

• Collaborate across teams to deliver robust solutions.

• Participate in on-call rotations and ensure system stability.

Your Qualifications:

• Proven experience designing and building complex backend or full-stack systems, with Go or modern backend languages (e.g., Kotlin, Java, Python etc.).

• Strong knowledge of system architecture, APIs, databases, messaging, containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).

• Skilled in CI/CD, automated testing, version control (Git), and security best practices.

• Excellent problem-solving, ownership, and communication skills.

• Experience with Go is not mandatory, but potential and interest in working with it is required.

• Bonus: experience with observability tools, infrastructure-as-code, high-availability systems, and mentoring engineers.
