As a Project lead, the individual would be leading sourcing projects to move parts from one supplier to another as part of NPI and NSI Programs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:                 

• Supplier source selection
• Source approval
• Supplier development
• PPAP
• New source introduction

Requirements

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s Degree AND 5+ years’ of experience OR
• Master’s Degree AND 3+ years’ of experience OR
• Associates with 7+ years

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Purchasing,
• Supply Chain,
• Program Management
• Project Management, 6 Sigma
• MS Office 365

SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
