We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. Duties
Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
Help with catheter care and other personal hygiene needs.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by following infection control protocols.
Document patient information accurately in electronic health records as required.
Travel to patients homes and provide care for patients on Hospice
QualificationsQualifications:
Certification as a Nursing Assistant in the state you are applying
Experience in Hospice, Home Health, Long-term care
Basic life support certification is required.
Experience using electronic health record systems
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
