Senior Management Analyst

Overview

SENIOR MANAGEMENT ANALYST (CO-2025-23018):

 

Bowhead seeks a Senior Management Analyst to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO.   

Responsibilities

Essential functions will include: 

• Analyzing processes, systems and/or products using existing knowledge of engineering, production, systems and procurement activities to determine overall effect on the contract
• Coordinating changes and modifications for management control 
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years' experience is required 
• Qualified candidates must be fluent in both English and Spanish, both written and orally, to communicate with stakeholders
• Any experience working with other governments, specifically, Mexico and/or The Bahamas, is highly desired
• Advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts
• Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team

 

Target salary for this position is between $80,000 and $110,000 annually based on experience

 

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
• Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically

 

 

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Top Secret level.  US Citizenship is a requirement for Top Secret clearance at this location.
